A short tale about one very special Realtor ..
In September of 1992 I unexpectedly transferred from California to Georgia. At that time I put my condo on the market confident that it would sell quickly. One year later it was still unsold and I was stuck with payments over $1,000/mo. I was referred to Laurie. From our first conversation I was impressed with her professionalism, personality, and encouragement. She gave me a new motto for my life: "remain calm". She said it in French. I have forgotten the French words but will always remember how really sweet and thoughtful she was to say that when I was so very upset. After reducing the selling price several times the situation became critical. I was no longer going to be able to make the payments and was facing foreclosure. Laurie worked very hard as liaison with the mortgage company in New Jersey to arrange for a short pay agreement and found a buyer within 6 months. We have never met each other, but you can bet my next visit to California we will do coffee and I will give her a big hug for a job well done.

I met Laurie in 1991, shortly after I moved into the Crystal Cay Condominiums. At that time I was renting, and I met Laurie as she was pursuing her marketing activities in the tract. In 1994, my landlord decided to put her condominium on the market. I told her about Laurie because I had seen first-hand what a hard worker she was, and I appreciated the fact she was honest and open with her clients. As it turned out, Laurie helped me to purchase that condominium from my landlord. Laurie recently sold the condominium for me in less than a month. She was diligently having open houses, advertising, talking with people and actively marketing my property. Laurie was constant moral support giver and go-getter on the negotiations of attaining our extremely hard Fanny Mae Condo repossession, going beyond the call of duty many hours into the night, and was always available to us.
